At TYS Jewelers, we value our customers and strive to provide the best shopping experience possible. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Delivered Orders

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the customer, we are unable to process a refund unless the item is returned to us.

Return & Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the customer must return the product to our official return address in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return Process
Contact our support team to request a return authorization.
Ship the item back to the return address we provided.
Once we confirm receipt and verify the condition, your refund will be initiated within 3–4 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:

Orders that have been delivered but not returned.
Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration.
Custom or personalized jewelry, including custom grillz, which are made specifically for the customer.
