Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your jewelry for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Items sent back outside the return window do not qualify for refunds.

We want to inform you that the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
All refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Any items or orders with minor adjustments or alterations will be charged up to a 10% restocking fee.
We will charge re-delivery charges and processing fees if we need to re-ship a package.
Absolutely no Refund or Exchange on any Custom-Made products.
Refunds will only be granted when returned items are in our possession. Refunds may take up to 1-2 business days to be processed after we receive them.
