TYS Jewelers offers free ground shipping on all orders within the United States.

If you decide to return an item, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.

Orders placed outside the 48 continental United States require Second Day Air. Shipments to PO, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses will be delivered via UPS.

Standard ground shipping typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier processing times.

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.

Free Shipping

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped using standard ground delivery. TYS Jewelers will select the most suitable shipping carrier for your order.

Packaging

In rare cases, items may arrive with damaged or imperfect packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instruction booklets, or manuals, due to handling during shipping or storage.

TYS Jewelers reserves the right to replace damaged packaging when necessary. While we strive to provide products with their original manufacturer's packaging whenever possible, we cannot guarantee replacement with the manufacturer’s original packaging in every situation.

Rest assured, the product itself will remain authentic and fully functional.
